Natural Characteristics

A layered branch structure gives our tree a natural shape, while soft green needles help create a freshly-cut look. For added realism, the faux trunk is carefully detailed to resemble the bark of a live spruce.

Warranty
Artificial Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Assembling Your Balsam Hill Instant Evergreen® Tree
The innovative design of this Instant Evergreen Tree makes setup easy and fast. Featuring unique memory wire branches that automatically fan out into place as you set up your tree, our Instant Evergreen trees are ready in minutes. This tree also features our Easy Plug® technology, which means the light strings automatically connect through the trunk of the tree during setup - the only light string you need to touch for a beautifully lit tree is the one you plug into the wall. This truly instant tree will save you valuable time and effort compared to setting up and fluffing a traditional artificial tree.

Shape the tree section by section, starting at the bottom. So, if your tree comes in 3 sections, shape the lowest section before putting the second section on top. You might also consider tying up the higher levels of branches in the sections to keep them out of your way. You can use the ribbon that came on your tree. Learn more
Tip: Save that ribbon for wrapping up your tree after the season
Working branch by branch, separate individual branch tips and pull them away from the center of the tree.
Separate and spread outward-facing branch tips. Your branches should resemble a peacock’s fanned tail.
Gently bend the branch tips upward to create the lush fullness of a real tree. Repeat separating and shaping to fill in gaps.
The less you compress your tree at the end of the season, the less work you will have when setting up next year.
<p>Remove all ornaments and unplug the tree. Be sure light wires are not tangled or twisted.</p>
<p>Dismantle the sections of the tree from the top down.</p>
<p>If you kept the ribbon that was wrapped around your tree when you got it, use it to tie up the branches once you fold them back up. Place sections in provided storage bags. Store in a cool, dry location.</p>
