Domestic Shipping Information
When can I expect my product to arrive?
 

Orders for Mainland UK should be received within 2-3 working days of shipping. Please note that due to Black Friday and subsequent Cyber Monday shopping rush, please expect delays on your delivery. It could take 5-7 working days instead of the usual 2-3 working days during this rush period for you to receive your products.

Orders for Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands may take up to 4 working days longer.

Orders for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland should be received within 3-4 working days of shipping.

Get your Balsam Hill tree by Christmas Eve. Depending on your location, you should place your order by the times and dates shown below to receive your tree with free delivery by December 24.

  • Mainland UK: order by 11:59pm, 19 December
  • Rest of UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland: order by 11:59pm, 15 December
When will my order ship?
 

Orders received Monday-Friday before 11:00am London time will be processed and leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders received Monday-Thursday after 11:00am London time will ship the following business day. Orders received after 11:00am London time on Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed and leave our warehouse the following business day, which is Monday.

What shipping options do I have?
 

Currently, Balsam Hill ships to the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We offer FREE shipping via UPS. The transit time will depend on the distance between our warehouse and your shipping destination.

Shipping to PO boxes
  We currently are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.
Can I delay my shipment to a certain date?
  We do not offer a delayed shipping option at this time.
My package was damaged or lost during shipment.
  Damaged Package

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of a damaged package with the UPC code on the damaged carton and a complete description of the damage.

  • Balsam Hill will have our courier provider pick up the damaged packages for inspection.  As long as the damaged item is still in stock, we will send a replacement item.  


Lost Package

  • You have not received your package after the date that our courier provider estimated the package to be delivered, please contact us. If there is a tracking number that shows the package in transit, but not moving after a certain date, we will follow up with our courier provider and will provide you with an update within 24 business hours.

  • If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us. If your order contained more than one box, we will need to get the tracking numbers of the boxes that were received.  We will work with our courier provider and get back to you with a solution within 24 business hours.

What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is free.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
